A community forum was organized in the Ritz-Carlton Chicago to discuss the proposal by the Fourth Presbyterian Church for allowing construction of a 64-story, 240-unit condominium tower designed next to its Gothic revival building. However, nearby residents of the Gold Coast are reluctant, claiming that the structure will overwhelm an area that is already congested.
