An American describes the 255-ft. beachfront property that he and his wife bought in Zancudo, Costa Rica. The couple plan to build a beach shack that would serve as home on seasonal vacations. There are about 20 Americans who have bought lots in the area, and many more are coming in.

An American describes how he and his wife built a beach shack in Zancudo, Costa Rica. The 13-week project was finished on schedule with the help of experienced local carpenters and power tools brought in from the US.
