Lemmings have a reputation as angry, suicidal mice that skydive into new territory. It is one of Alaska's smallest creatures. The Norwegian lemming is related to voles and muskrats. They seem to migrate over land and sea while challenging anything in their path. During some seasons, their population is rampart and others sparse.
