A number of prominent Cuban restaurants in Miami, FL are presented. The restaurants are Bang, Chef Allen's, Mark's Place, Victor's Cafe and Yuca. Chef Allen's specializes in yuca mojo, which is cassava in fresh garlic salsa. The Yuca offers bean terrine and fried plantain chips.
