The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), a research station under 20 meters of water in the Florida keys explores the limits of undersea living. Marine scientists trying to colonize sea floor, are establishing observatories for North-East Pacific Time-series Undersea Networked Experiments (NEPTUNE).
