Chronology of the early solar system from chondrule-bearing calcium-aluminium-rich inclusions
Article Abstract:
The relict chondrule material in the Allende meteorite, composed of olivine and low-calcium pyroxene, occurred in the outer portions of two chondrules and Ca-Al-rich inclusions (CAIs), which is (super 16)O-poor, is reported. It is fact that many CAIs show no evidence for being affected by chondrule heating, which suggests that the chondruleforming events were highly localized.

Stardust silicates from primitive meteorites
Article Abstract:
The in situ discovery of presolar silicate grains 0.1-1 micro m in size, in the matrices of two primitive carbonaceous chondrites is reported. The destruction of silicates during high-temperature processing in the solar nebula is described.
