Computer imaging: automatic archaeology
Article Abstract:
The ability to sift automatically through poetry samples is fast becoming a necessity for archaeologists. The pots' shapes, dimensions, texture and style can help to date the layers of soil through which the archaeologists are digging, and can even reveal when and where different societies were trading with each other.

The Athens Olympic Games can be viewed as another experiment in human athletic achievement as in 2004 Olympics women won in a faster time than the men's race. Test is conducted to determine whether women are narrowing the gap with men or falling further behind.

From industry to academia
Article Abstract:
The concept of pursing an industrial postdoc as an academic career is discussed. It is proposed that taking some extra effort in doing postdoc in industry puts one no disadvantage in landing a university job.
