Conservation of the Northern Spotted Owl under the Northwest Forest Plan
Article Abstract:
Findings are unclear on whether the Northwest Forest Plan has improved the conservation status of the Northern Spotted Owl. Complicating factors include the owl's life history and new threats that have arisen since the Plan's adoption in 1994. Implications are discussed.
