Consumer products leap aboard the nano bandwagon
Article Abstract:
A new inventory revealed that the numbers of commercial products advertised as containing nanoparticles are increasing rapidly in 2006, as there are no regulations that require companies to register such products. Environmental campaigners, who have raised concerns about the health and environmental implications of nanotechnology, stated that the figures highlight a worrying lack of regulation.
