Erasable electrostatic lithography for quantum components

Article Abstract:

The authors have investigated quantum electronic compounents including one-dimensional channels and quantum antidots. The authors describe the use of erasable electrostatic lithography in investigating these components, and studied this technique via drawing and erasing quantum antidots and developing the technique to draw and tune high-quality one-dimensional channels.
