Fossils, genes and the evolution of animal limbs
Article Abstract:
An analysis of the origin and evolution of vertebrate limbs and digits, arthropod legs and insect wings based on paleontological evidence and developmental genetics is presented. An integration of the paleontological and developmental evidence suggest that vertebrate, arthropod and winged insect appendages have generally been derived from similar, pre-existing, genetic regulatory systems that may have resulted from a common ancestor.

Article Abstract:
Dark energy is smoothly distributed throughout space and is constant through time. The existence of dark matter and dark energy is indirectly inferred through the influence of their gravitational fields on the ordinary matter.
