IKKalpha limits macrophage NG-kB activation and contributes to the resolution of inflammation
Article Abstract:
A new role for IKKalpha in the negative regulation of macrophage activation and inflammation is described. IKKalpha contributes to suppression of NF-kB activity by accelerating both the turnover of the NF-kB subunits RelA and c-Rel, and their removal from pro-inflammatory gene promoters.

An infernal triangle
Article Abstract:
The mechanisms underlying the gender differences and cancer are explored. The analysis has provided evidence for an unexpected feature of the connection between inflammation and cancer, thus reflecting the interplay between inflammation and hormones in reproduction.
