Crystal structure of human cytochrome P450 2C9 with bound warfarin
Article Abstract:
The crystal structure of a human cytochrome CYP450, CYP2C9 both unliganded and in complex with the anti-coagulant drug warfarin is described. The structure defines new binding pocket, and this binding mode of warfarin suggests that CYP2C9 may undergo an allosteric mechanism during its function.

alpha-Neurexins couple Ca (super)2+ channels to synaptic vesicle exocytosis
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on alpha-neurexins which link synapses's pre- and postsynaptic compartments. The authors demonstrate that alpha-neurexins functionally couple Ca (super)2+ channels to the presynaptic machinery.
