Primordial black holes in globular clusters
Article Abstract:
The apparent anomalies in the distribution of binaries in globular clusters may be the result of binary, triple and quadruple black hole systems in cluster cores. After the black holes have segregated to the cluster core a dynamic evolution of the holes ejects most of them on a relatively short time scale. There are typically zero to four black holes remaining after this process. The remaining holes will then disrupt main-sequence and giant stellar binaries, resulting in the observed anomalies.

A black hole in a globular cluster
Article Abstract:
Black holes existing in globular star clusters is a matter of debate because when millions of old stars are packed together it is highly possible that their member stars will interact and collide with one another causing the formation of black holes of 1000 solar masses. An X-ray proof of an accreting black hole in a globular cluster is associated with the giant elliptical galaxy NGC 4472 and its high luminosity rules out any object other than a black hole in an old stellar population.

Stellar black holes in globular clusters
Article Abstract:
The discovery of large populations of millisecond pulsars in globular clusters suggests that hundreds of stellar black holes can be expected to form in typical clusters. Most of the black holes will be ejected from the system early in its evolution in high density systems, but some black holes may remain in less dense systems. These remaining holes form a low-mass X-ray binary by capturing a normal star. Further observations of the X-ray spectrum may confirm this.
