The OshKosh Phoenix is a $350,000 all-wheel-drive vehicle designed to fight wildfires at hard-to-reach locations. It has two water cannons that can deplete its 2,500-gal tank in 3.5 minutes. Its 445-hp Detroit Diesel engine provides a top speed of 62 mph.
