Road designers find a new way to sell the S-word
Article Abstract:
Various state departments of transportation and the Institute for Highway Safety has imposed rules to slow down vehicles on roads to eliminate stop-and-go traffic and 'reduce injury crashes by 80 percent.' This new solution for traffic constipation is to have a S-word flow for slowing traffic to 25mph and the roundabouts are considered as the best traffic control devices.
