The Prius sells for about $20,000 and is a four-seat passenger car which provides adequate luggage room and has comfortable interiors. Compared to a similar car with a 1.5-liter engine, the Prius exhibits a similar performance while emitting only half the amount of carbon dioxide.

Autozam AZ-1 by Mazda

The Mazda Motor Corp is developing a mid-engine, gull-winged micro coupe called the AZ-1. Initial production plans call for a comparatively small 1,000 cars a month. The AZ-1 features a Suzuki-manufactured, turbo-charged engine that produces 64 bhp at 6,500 rpm.

Jiotto Caspita, at long last
Article Abstract:
An prototype of the Jiotto Caspita, a supercar commissioned by the lingerie maker Wacol and built by the design firm Dome, has been created in Japan. The single prototype uses a V-10 engine and a synchronized six-speed transmission.
