Lincoln banks on the phenomenal success of the Ford Expedition as it launches the 1998 Lincoln Navigator, which is set to enter the market in Jul 1997 with a price not exceeding $40,000. Most of the Navigators will be 4x4 models with features such as V-8 engines and 4-speed automatic transmissions.
