Can Australia's continuous disclosure regime be improved?
Article Abstract:
The issue of continuous disclosure is related to the need to keep all stakeholders in the capital market fully informed of transactions and events that would affect the value of equity of a market participant. Further, the performance of the continuous reporting regime in Australia and the likely changes that would improve the system is examined.
