Keeping it in the family
Article Abstract:
Family companies that are successful from years and those family companies that have failed to cope with a changing environment or have imploded due to internal family tensions are discussed. The reasons obtained by the survey of family firms that shows board structure and family leadership succession for the failure of family companies are explained.
