Article Abstract:
The high rate of depression in Australians is discussed. It is observed that one in every four women and one in every six men suffer with depression. Consequently, the cost of depression on businesses is very high because of resultant reduced energy, work habits and lack of ability to decide or take decisions. Suggestions are also offered on resolving the problems of depressed individuals.
