Voluntary administration reports: what creditors should expect
Article Abstract:
A number of issues arise as companies use voluntary administration reports in Australia. Many of these issues are unclear due to inadequacies in the Corporations Law. Creditors and shareholders will benefit from the precedents being established in the country's courts that will help resolves many of these issues.

Developing a code for corporate ethics
Article Abstract:
A code of corporate ethics should be endorsed by the chairman and/or CEO of a company and reflect the needs, aspirations and culture of the firm. An ethics audit should be undertaken before a code is developed. Several large US corporations are appointing ethics officers.
