An RNAi rogue's gallery: How to size up the available libraries for high throughput screening in mammalian cells
Article Abstract:
A list of more established commercially available high-throughput RNAi libraries for mammalian cells that require less work to develop are reviewed. Some of them are commercial siRNA with 75% knock-down efficiency, esiRNA designed by Max Plank Institute, and viral libraries such as Hannon-Elledge Library, The RNAi Consortium (TRC) library and The Netherlands Cancer Institute (NKI) library.

How it works: two-photon microscopy
Article Abstract:
The main features and workings of two-photon microscopy are presented. The microscopy has offered advantages over other live cell imaging techniques as it can penetrate up to 1 mm into tissue and can minimize phototoxicity.
