Cell fate decisions within the mouse organizer are governed by graded Nodal signals
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on cell fate decisions. Results demonstrate that these decisions are governed by graded Noda1/Smad2 signals, and that Smad2-dependent signals regulate the formation of PCP precursor populations and the definitive endoderm.

Rheb GTPase is a direct target of TSC2 GAP activity and regulates mTOR signaling
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on tuberous sclerosis complex-2. The authors demonstrate that this complex has GTPase-activating protein activity toward Rheb in vitro, and that tuberous sclerosis complex-2 regulates Rheb-GTP levels in vivo.
