Article Abstract:

The gene that encodes an aldehyde dehydrogenase that is induced by growing Alteromonas sp. strain KE10 in a low concentration of organic nutrients has been cloned and sequenced. The physiological role of Olg A, which is expressed in E. coli, is discussed, as are pelagic seawater environments and their organic nutrients and physiological adaptation to low-organic nutrient conditions.

Research has been conducted on tetracycline-resistant gram-negative fish farm bacteria. The authors have isolated these bacteria, and have determined the DNA sequence of the bacteria's genes.

Isolation of multidrug-resistant Stenotrophomonas maltophilia from cultured yellowtail (Seriola quinqueradiata) from a marine fish farm

Article Abstract:

Six strains of multidrug-resistant Stenotrophomonas maltophilia were isolated from cultured yellowtail. The strains were divided into two clusters based on the 16S rRNA genes, and all of them contained L1 metallo-beta-lactamase and L2 beta-lactamase genes.
