Comparison of prevalence and antimicrobial susceptibilities of Campylobacter spp. isolates from organic and conventional dairy herds in Wisconsin
Article Abstract:
The prevalence and antimicrobial resistance patterns of Campylobacter spp. in healthy calves and cows in organic and conventional dairy farms in Wisconsin are described. Campylobacter spp. has been recognized as a cause septic abortion, infectious infertility, and diarrhea in cattle and sheep.

Arsenic resistance in Campylobacter spp. isolated from retail poultry products
Article Abstract:
Susceptibilities to arsenite, arsenate, and the organoarsenical roxarsone are measured in 251 Campylobacter isolates from conventional and antimicrobial-free retail poultry products. Isolates from conventional poultry products have significantly higher roxarsone MICs (z= 8.22; P < 0.0001).

Molecular epidemiologic investigation of Campylobacter coli in swine production systems, using multilocus sequence typing
Article Abstract:
Multilocus sequence typing of 151 Camylobacter coli isolates from swine reared in conventional and antimicrobial-free production systems revealed high genotypic diversity. Sequence type (ST) 1413 is predominant and observed among ciprofloxacin-resistant strains.
