Effect of incubation temperature on isolation of Campylobacter jejuni genotypes from foodstuffs enriched in Preston broth
Article Abstract:
The authors have investigated Campylobacter jejuni genotypes from the enriched samples of raw lamb liver and chicken in Preston media. The aim of this study has been to test the hypothesis that the use of one incubation temperature affects Campylobacter spp. recovery in terms of genotypes and species recovered.

Purification and functional characterization of a novel alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase from Bifidobacterium longum B667
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on gene encoding alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase from Bifidobacterium longum B667. The authors describe the identification of the protein-encoding gene, and the purification, overexpression and characterization of this alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase from B. longum B667.
