Feedback control of mammalian Hedgehog signaling by the Hedgehog-binding protein, Hip1, modulates Fgf signaling during branching morphogenesis of the lung
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Hip1, a Hedgehog-binding protein. The authors have investigated the developmental role of this protein via generation of Hip1 mutants, and have discused the interactions between Hedgehog and fibroblast growth factor signaling which controls early lung branching.

A complex of LIN-5 and GPR proteins regulates G protein signaling and spindle function in C. elegans
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on coiled-coil protein LIN-5 from Caenorhabditis elegans. The authors describe the related proteins G protein regulator 1 (GPR-1) and GPR-2 which depend on LIN-5 protein for localization to the spindle and cell cortex.

AFP is a novel negative regulator of ABA signaling that promotes ABI5 protein degradation
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on ABI5-interacting protein. The authors demonstrate that this protein can form high molecular weight complexes with ABI five binding protein in embryo-derived extracts.
