Characterization of apparently balanced chromosomal rearrangements from the Developmental Genome Anatomy Project
Article Abstract:
The Developmental Genome Anatomy Project (DGAP) aims at identifying and characterizing the different genes related to the apparently balanced chromosomal rearrangements in human bodies. These rearrangements are found to be extremely beneficial in studying the gene discovery and annotation.

DNA methylation signatures within the human brain
Article Abstract:
Brain samples from individuals are analyzed and quantitative to determine the DNA methylation levels representing genes with diverse functions. The DNA methylation signatures distinguish brain regions and help account for region-specific functional programs.
