Isolation and characterization of two specific regulatory Aspergillus niger mutants shows antagonistic regulations of arabinan and xylan metabolism
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Aspergillus niger mutants. The authors have investigated these mutants distributed in the arabinanase system regulation in response to the L-arabinose presence, and report the results.
