Making life possible
Article Abstract:
JoAnne Stubbe did her PhD in chemistry in 1971 from the University of California at Berkeley and then she did two postdoc and joined a research lab learning the art and science of producing mechanism-based enzyme inhibitors. Stubbe's single-minded dedication to her craft, her ability to keep learning, her curiousness and determination has helped her to open up the secrets of ribonucleotide reductase.
