Relationship between gyrA mutations and quinolone resistance in Flavobacterium psychrophilum isolates
Article Abstract:
The main reason for the bacterial cold water disease and the rainbow trout fry condition among the fishes is the Flavobacterium psychrophilum. Furthermore, to check the supposition patterns that are vulnerable to quinolones, OXA, and nalidixic acid (NA) along with the range of partial gyrA region are identified which consists of the QRDR, in 27 Flavobacterium psychrophilum clinical isolates.

Host PGRP gene expression and bacterial release in endosymbiosis of the weevil Sitophilus zeamais
Article Abstract:
The expression of peptidoglycan recognition protein gene of the weevil Sitophilus zeamals (wPGRP) was explored. It showed that the PGRP gene family was involved in host-symbiont interaction and indicated that insect mutualistic relationships evolve from the interplay between bacterial virulence and host immune defense.
