A conserved structural motif reveals the essential transcriptional repression function of Spen proteins and their role in developmental signaling
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on Spen proteins which regulate transcriptional effector expression in diverse signaling pathway. Results demonstrate that these proteins play important role in the transcriptional repression complex in both nuclear receptor and Notch signaling pathways.
