Wnt signaling induces the myogenic specification of resident CD45 (super)+ adult stem cells during muscle regeneration
Article Abstract:
Research has been conducted on CD45 (super)+ stem cells. Results suggest that mobilization of resident CD45 (super)+ stem cells is important for regeneration after injury, and that Wnt pathway is a therapeutic target for the degenerative neuromuscular diseases.
