cis-Regulatory inputs of the wnt8 gene in the sea urchin endomesoderm network
Article Abstract:
Strongylocentrotus purpuratus is used to demonstrate the wnt8 gene's modular cis-regulatory system and its impact on normal endomesodermal expression and expression in macromere and micromere descendant cells in early cleavage.
