Article Abstract:
Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) brought an action against Co-Develop Properties; a real estate developer that promised investors unrealistic returns of 35-100% and the company was wound up by a court action. A Queensland based real estate company without a hyphen in the same name is now offering its securities promising conservative returns of 12%. There are no connections between the two groups other than common ownership.
