A good board is hard to find
Article Abstract:
The difficulties in finding right company directors for managing small and medium size business are discussed. Demand for good skills is high, and so are the fees. Moreover, most of these entrepreneurial company directors find it risky to take up such jobs. In process, the small companies find it difficult to recruit or keep their directors. Suggestions for managing the board of directors of small and medium sized companies are also presented.

Spoilt for choice
Article Abstract:
From July 1, 2005, Australian workers will be able to choose the superannuation fund they can invest in. Employers will have to assist the employees in selecting the appropriate super funds to park their funds. The implications of this new choice are discussed. A list of suggestions to employers is also furnished that would help them guide their employees select the most appropriate fund.
