A process study of entrepreneurial team formation: the case of a research-based spin-off
Article Abstract:
The formation of a team of entrepreneurs in a high-tech start-up, their strategy for coping with initial crisis situations and the lessons learned from these crises are described. The changes in the founding team and the position of its champion co-evolve with the shocks in the development of the business.
