Article Abstract:
Mathematics is extensively used in economics, physics and engineering. But it is rarely utilized in organizational studies, which is unfortunate as it is an effective tool for describing phenomena and building new theories. A compelling argument for its use in organizational studies and how it helps in building new theories and refine existing ones is presented.
