A sobering law for truckers

Federal regulations requiring drug testing is expanding in 1996 to include companies with less than 50 commercially-licensed truck drivers. Regulations require that any driver suspected of abuse be tested and any driver involved in a accident. Also, 25% of drivers should be randomly tested each year.
