Article Abstract:
Issues taken up to control wrong business patents are presented. Business systems filed a case that involves an attempt to patent a business system, in the Federal Court to increase the number of business systems that can be secured. The ruling is looked forward in the direction for intellectual-property law in Australia and it would be a tragedy for business, if the court decides business systems with no basis in technology could be registered.
