AMP goes home
Article Abstract:
AMP has plans for a merger, as by the end of the year, the global asset management company will split in two. The Sydney business, now referred to in AMP documents as Henderson South, will emerge with assets of about $70-billion, and Henderson North, which will form the core of the de-merged British company, will retain the balance of the funds.
