Article Abstract:
Delta Air Lines had baggage "sizers" installed at security-screening devices at San Diego Int'l Airport that so irked Continental's chairman and CEO that his company sued Delta to get them removed. Continental prides itself on a more congenial treatment of its customers and is even installing larger overhead bins on its new and older planes in order to accommodate passengers. Most airlines want to see the opposite happen, more curtailment of such allowances.
