The price of a share of New South Wales, Australia's Totalisator Agency Board (TAB), which the state government is privatizing, is set at A$2.05 for public application. The stock will offer a fully franked dividend of 3.9%, which is below the 4.5% that investors were hoping for. The price stockbrokers will charge customers will be A$2.15 per share with a 3.7% yield.
