An institutional economic reconstruction of scientific management: On the lost theoretical logic of Taylorism
Article Abstract:
Taylor's conceptualized organizational behavior as a conflict filled process of interaction over capital contribution and capital distributions is discussed. It is felt that scientific management was an individualistic, physiological, exploitative, deskilling-oriented management concept that did not have enough theoretical sophistication.

Individual reactions to leadership succession in workgroups
Article Abstract:
The executive level changes in organizational performance that was examined after publicly announced leadership successions are discussed. It is observed that examining succession effects at the individual level brings leadership succession in line with relational approaches to leadership.
