Accentuating the positive?
Article Abstract:
Concerns about the conceptualization and development of the positive perspective in organizational behavior and studies are raised. It is found that the broad vision of antiopressive practices and meaningful work remain firmly on organizational studies' agenda, while a reconstructed form of positive inquiry might offer some helpful insights in this direction.

Identity orientations and forms of social exchange in organizations
Article Abstract:
Employees prefer different forms of social exchange as they relate to or identify with one another in different ways. A model is developed to outline how identity orientations play an important role in developing employee exchange relations and how they might help predict the consequences of exchange dynamics.
