Disentangling the influences of leaders' relational embeddedness on interorganizational exchange
Article Abstract:
A model that assesses both the influences of leaders' individual-level experiences and those of the aggregate of other before organizational experiences is presented. Strong evidence of interorganizational exchange ties that influence interorganzational exchange behavior that are beyond the influences of exchange ties of leaders' was observed.

Goal-setting and goal orientation: An integration of two different yet related literatures
Article Abstract:
The relationship between goal setting and goal orientation, two separate streams of work in organizational behavior is investigated. Results showed that a specific learning led to higher performance and self-efficacy and information search mediated the effect of a learning goal on performance.
