Accused clinic gunman pleads not guilty

John C. Salvi, III, pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder and five counts of attempted murder in the shooting deaths at two abortion clinics in Brookline, MA. Salvi was arrested after he fired shots at a clinic in Norfolk, VA, on Dec 31, 1994. The other shootings occurred Dec 30, 1994.

New York train gunman convicted
Article Abstract:
Ferguson was convicted of multiple counts of attempted murder and second-degree murder on Feb 17, 1995. He shot passengers on a crowded subway train in Dec 1993, and acted as his own attorney throughout his trial. He claimed he was a victim in the attack.

White House gunman found guilty

Duran, the man who open-fired on the White House with an assault rifle, was found guilty of trying to kill Pres Clinton. He was also convicted of nine other charges. His defense had tried to claim Duran was not guilty by reason of insanity.
