Adaptive versus proactive behavior in service recovery: the role of self-managing teams
Article Abstract:
The adaptive and proactive behavior of self-managed teams in service recovery operations is evaluated. Data is collected from a Dutch bank and its customers to empirically test the conceptual model that analyzes how several variables impact the adaptive and proactive recovery behavior of self-managed employee teams and how the adaptive and proactive recovery behavior of employee teams impacts service revenues and customers.
