FTC investigates Nine West in latest of shoe-industry price-fixing probes
Article Abstract:
The shoe industry continues to draw attention to its suggested retail pricing policies as the FTC begins to look at Nine West Group Inc. Stores that have wanted to run "sale" prices may have been threatened with not getting shoe orders filled.
